  I was responsible for development and validation of SAS software programs, macros, and utility tools. Preparing specifications for data set analysis and acts as Lead Biostatistical Programmer, interacting with the Lead Biostatistician and the study team. Training and developing junior and/or new Biostatistical Programmers. Additionally, I was contributing to the tracking of project revenue, backlog, and hours worked on projects, along with forecasting the hours required to complete a project. The Manager also proactively participates in Biostatistics project costing estimates and the change order process. This individual is responsible for advanced maintenance and management of the departmental macro library, and works closely within global Biostatistics to identify and implement continuous process improvement methods for Biostatistical programming. When acting as in a supervisory role, I was managing, mentoring, and motivating direct reports in tasks and activities, in order to develop and maintain the team structure.
