Show less Research topic: Phase Change Memory The main objective of the research is to use equations governing physical properties of phase change materials in developing, testing and verifying a phase change based memory cell model. Spice tools and mathematical modeling is utilized to develop the model and build a resistive crossbar memory system with the peripheral circuitry for reading and writing.The research targets the main issues with phase change memory i.e. resistance drift and developed methods of containing and overcoming that in order to achieve commercially feasible memory systems.
