Transferred the entire official dealer network of SKODA, AUDI, and VW to software based on FISPlatform at all stages of a loan application, from filing to issuing a car to a client. During this portfolio, I managed a team of over 20 developers, prepared documentation for transferring the system to bank support, and created training materials for dealership and bank employees. With a network of over 4,000 service points and operations in 200 international destinations, CDEK delivers over 40 million parcels annually. • Built a convenient process for managing three teams (more than 25 people) with the formation of the team leader position and implemented a 2-week SCRUM.• Formed a detailed work plan for transferring functionality to a new system based on microservices architecture from legacy, calculated the resource deficit, and the budget. Formed two development teams.• Leading analysts participated in reviewing the current architecture of the finance modules of CDEK ERP and the approach to data migration from the legacy system. • Launched a cross-team project - "postmats" throughout the country.   M.tech, a subsidiary of M.Video, develops innovative digital solutions to support one of Russia's largest consumer electronics retailers; M.Video operates over 1,100 stores and serves millions of customers nationwide offline and online. • Under my leadership, our courier delivery product was launched and rolled out nationwide, processing and issuing more than 10,000 orders daily. The application was built on a microservice architecture with dozens of sync and async integrations, deployed in AWS, and then migrated to Yandex Cloud. During the development, a new delivery process based on the trunk base method was introduced, and a team of more than 15 people (backend, frontend developers, system analysts, DevOps and the testing team) were transferred to Kanban to ensure higher development speed and transparency to stakeholders. It serves over 50 million active buyers and 100,000 sellers across 15 countries. • launched a new process for moving items in over 1,000 warehouses, which allowed us to speed up the processing of shipments by 30 per cent. I described the business requirements and the scheme of interaction of microservices, set development tasks, managed the teams involved in the development, described testing scenarios and conducted end-to-end tests. Prepared instructions for launching the new process.• I implemented a new process for shipping and receiving in warehouses without scanning cargo, which doubled the filling speed and increased the utilisation of trucks.
