      I managed various teams of 20-40 customer assistants and shift leaders in and around Edinburgh convenience stores. I was responsible for all retail operations and people management reporting directly to the Area Manager.I had consent review and analyse of business reports action plan and meet our company’s business strategy. During this time I exceed the stores KPIs and improved L4L.
