  Gained crucial experience as a Master's of Social Work Intern working within the Student Services department of the Year Up National Capital Region [NCR] program. Worked with marginalized young adults ages 18-26 to ensure their success in both the Learning & Development and Corporate Internship phases of the Year Up program primarily by providing critical case management as well as assisting in the development of their personal and professional skills.
