      I am a hardworking, results-driven person, who enjoys working with people. I have worked in customer service, sales and marketing, and have a good knowledge of the IT industry and excellent product knowledge. I enjoy learning new skills, and I am always willing to expand my knowledge base. I like to read books and articles related to the role / project I am involved in, and if I don’t know something I will make it my business to learn it.I also enjoy training and am involved with the training of new staff as well as coordination of external training for the group.I pay attention to detail and believe that if you do something, you should do it properly.I have a good command of the English language, grammar and spelling. I have been involved with charity work from a young age, having been associated with Rotary through my family, and as a founder member and secretary of the Benoni Lakes Lions Club.I am currently working in a marketing / online environment, managing 2 online stores, including dealing with the social marketing, as well as handling marketing activities for the group. These include advertising and promotions, creating and managing staff incentives, and events coordination. My portfolio also includes training, and I have been involved in conceptualizing, planning and executing the company’s new training plan, including rewriting a training plan, scheduling internal and external training, and facilitating a 6 month learnership program.
