  I was responsible for establishment of the internal policy framework in the AIFC Authority. In this process I have been constantly communicating with all structural units to identify the validity of existing internal policies and business processes, and the need for developing new ones. As a result, I created a taxonomy and a database of all internal policies, that enabled employees and new hires to have a valid reference point to all up-to-date internal policies. Within two years in this capacity, I have drafted and revised a total of 21 internal policies and procedures, improving business processes of HR, speak up, IT, procurement, document management, visa support, office management, policy framework, security and HSE, events management, and other business processes.One of my KPIs was also a launch of the AIFC Ethics Programme. I have drafted the AIFC Ethics Code, an overarching document applied to AIFC Bodies and AIFC Organisations, each being a separate legal entity with specific activities. In an extensive process of the Code review and approval, I have been communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including the AIFC Legal Advisory Council, which consists of representatives of global law firms, such as Baker McKenzie, Hogan Lovells, and White & Case, and the UK Institute of Business Ethics, which provided an expert review and issued an endorsement letter for the Code. Apart from developing the Code, I have implemented the Ethics Programme Action Plan, which provided for measures on communicating and raising awareness of the programme, institutional development, reporting and ethics training.
