  As a Relationship Manager within the Referral Partnership sector of Allianz, I was responsible for researching opportunities and establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. I was responsible for a portfolio of over 400 Mortgage Brokers, across a number of aggregations, assisting these brokers with the diversification of their income stream by offering them an efficient and constantly improving referral process. As part of a channel within the business that experienced rapid growth, I was involved in a number of program and system updates. I played an integral role in the rolling out of Salesforce to the distribution, being the only participant in an initial pilot and using the knowledge gained through this pilot to streamline policies and procedures within the space. Seeking constant improvement, I strategised to develop mutually beneficial outcomes for both the business and its stakeholders, making sure that the best implementation of a general insurance referral process into various business models was achieved.I represented Allianz at various Mortgage Broking aggregation events, including PD/BD days, educating partners on the importance of assisting their clients with the protection of their assets.   As a Client Relationship Advisor at MIGA, I was responsible for developing and managing relationships with key groups within the Medical Indemnity Insurance industry. I was involved in the handling of membership and insurance enquires for these key groups, with specific concern for the retention of such large accounts, and overall company growth. I was also responsible for any enquires relating to the Midwife Insurance Scheme, concentrating on the retention and growth of this business sector nationally. My role was integrated with Business Development, working together to ensure constant growth of membership and the widening of the company’s national insurance portfolio in general. I held (and now maintain) Tier 2 education level as per ASIC PS 146 Licensing where I was certified to provide advice surrounding financial products. I was responsible for providing the medical practitioners associated with the groups within my portfolio with advice regarding their medical indemnity insurance.As the manager of a portfolio of groups containing almost 500 doctors, I was involved in various operations such as underwriting, quoting and preparing claims analyses.
