  Leading an excellent team to run Intel global factory network operations and projects for multiple sites in US, Ireland, Israel, Costa Rica, Malaysia, Vietnam and China. We always seeking for OpsX - Operations Excellent by seeking process and operation strategy improvement continuously. With this, we can ensure our factory network will run smooth and perfectly fine and defect free. Managing Design and Enterprise Data Center for India, China and APAC region. Leading the data center network technology design, innovation, and complex upgrades and migrations. Lead and guide the engineers in Asia for new technology passdown and deployment. Managing all Intel Malaysia networks and start to grow the skill and responsibility to Intel APAC. Leveraging Site resources to manage the network remotely. Intel APAC sites include Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, HongKong, Manila, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and Sydney (India & China Excluded). Each country has multiple offices/buildings. Mainly work in the hardware upgrade projects, site consolidations, New site setup and close down. Manage Intel Malaysia (Penang and Kulim) networks, mainly focus on manufacturing networks, ensuring defect free and zero downtime. Involve in multiple complex upgrades and planed downtime for network maintenance. Office and lab network are part of the scope of works. Manage daily manufacturing network and project. Ensuring smooth operations with zero downtime. Involve in multiple office network upgrade and new network device deployment.
