      Nov 2021 - now
Well-Being Coaching Program Creator, Facilitator and Coach

The Well-Being Coaching Program helps CNEs, CNOs, and other nurse leaders create and sustain a culture of Well-Being in their organizations by training internal Coaches to teach and coach Self-Leadership to nurses and other healthcare professionals. Self-Leadership goes deeper than self-care because it empowers nurses to improve the relationship they have with themselves in order to make better decisions. Unlike programs that are self-guided or reliant on an external facilitator to repeat the program for different groups, the WBCP’s train-the-trainer model and licensing option supports hospitals to sustain and scale the program over time on their own terms, at a significantly lower cost. The WBCP is proven to reduce nurse burnout by 47%, helping healthcare organizations create a Culture of Well-Being that attracts and retains high-performing staff. Show less
