  As a Production Manger I managed 5 supervisors, each having 20-40 direct reports across 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts. I directed the production of low voltage switchgear based on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. Each unit we manufacture has unique customer specifications that must be met. As a Production Supervisor I managed up to 35 direct reports manufacturing switchgear on the off shift. I managed performance through continuous feedback, mid-year evaluations, and annual APEX evaluations.
