For the majority of my career as a pilot, I flew four different models of C-130 aircraft followed by a smaller aircraft designed for personnel airlift. In my latter years, I became involved in Total Quality Management and served as the Wing Quality Management Officer while teaching Leadership Development courses to military personnel of all ranks. Debbie and I have team-taught and coached couples for 29 years with 45 years of marriage behind us that have shaped and tempered us. We’ve been through the stuff of life together and draw on that to share with others. We are a time-tested couple who help people to be heard, understood, and accepted in a divorce-proof marriage by improving communication and conflict resolution skills that build lasting trust. The individuals and couples we work with need to have, or develop, a clear understanding of their own pain, be willing to do something about it, and they must be honest with themselves, each other and us in the process. As a result, they experience a lasting transformation upon which to build the life they always hoped for. Show less
