      As a Director with Cushman & Wakefield, I work as a representative for both landlords and tenants, and in both roles I help companies looking to grow or right-size their office space needs. In focusing on understanding the variables that drive a company's real estate process and influence their decision makers, I am able to partner with corporations to create space that will draw their employees back to the office. During what has been a historic downturn in the office market since 2020, owners and occupiers of office space need to understand the dynamics of remote and hybrid work, and its impact on the built environment. My goal is to help companies grow through workplace efficiency and creative strategy, to strengthen their ability to recruit and retain top talent, and, above all else, to create long-lasting relationships that transcend the real estate transaction.
