  To summarize the role is about loss elimination (any kind of loss-8 types of wastes), being start-up leader of new equipment from Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) till Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and onwards ensuring accelerated start-up. Furthermore one of the key deliverables is increasing capability of teams through continuous training and coaching.At the site we have IWS system deployed and are using IWS tools such as LIR, UPS, WPI, WTM/WPA etc on regular basis to support us deliver the above mentioned deliverables.
