  In the logging industry, a delimber, (AKA processor) is situated on a landing that is accessible by logging trucks to be loaded with timber to be transported to the sawmill. The delimber operator sorts the trees by species, size and quality and cuts the timber to length when required. The logs are de-limbed, stacked and organized in preperation for the log loader to load the logging trucks.
