  I was primarily involved in Risk and Vulnerability assessments for web based application. I was managing the Internal and External audit participation for the in-scope application. Show less The project mainly deals with maintaining a stable production environment for trade processing done by an American Investment Banking major. Build and deployment were also essential part of the project. We mainly provide our services to 3 major client regions – Tokyo, London, New York. We worked on user queries which needed to be solved within a stipulated time. Apart from our regular activities I have also automated reoccurring processes using Perl, Shell scripts which has been appreciated by the client as well as my project peers. Responsibilities: Resolving or escalating alerts to maintain a stable production environment. Functioned as a Shift Manager to about 10 members.  Addressing user queries, investigate & if required escalate it to the appropriate team for fixing the same. Also to find the areas of automation in the project & automate the reoccurring processes with automation scripts. Updating the ongoing/resolved issues on dashboard (Status of environment). Automate jobs/processes to ensure timely delivery of data and take appropriate actions for delays and outages. Interacting with the Onsite counterpart, clients, Business Analyst, and help the team to resolve environment related issues and queries. Also assisting the team for any new application on-boarding by taking KT over calls, documenting the same and also setting up for environmental monitoring. Provide training to the new project members. Document project related information to be used as a reference for my project peers to function smoothly.
