  Having to work in a small café that was popular in the summer by being next to the sea, lake, golf, and a tennis club. Few staff for 100 tables so had to double check and help wherever i was needed from the kitchen, till. This gave me my first opportunities to develop my awareness and skills.

  Involved working in a high intensity, fast paced environment with having to multi-task different challenges. Sometimes was asked to work as a waiter or a runner to help with little numbers of staff and was always willing to learn. Was a fun experience and learnt new challenges of working in a fine dining restaurant.

  Working with many tasks within the shop, from working on the till, filling up stock on the shelves, helping customers, sorting delivery, filling up helium balloons and sometimes it seemed like the jobs kept pilling up but by using my own intuition I was able to make the correct decisions and give customers the best experience.
