Equipment Reliability Strategy (ERS) – Led a team consisting of all disciplines to revamp asset structure at Petronas Gas Berhad, performed Equipment Criticality Assessment (ECA) for Gas Processing Plants Kerteh, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) to identify the possible failures as well as the remedy actions, and developed Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasklist.2. Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) – Appointed as team member in the investigation on “External Floating Roof Tank Fire Incidents” at Crude Oil Terminal in Kerteh. The findings were crude oil unstable and gives off vapour, and the shunts were not submerged as per API RP 545.3. Equipment Level Benchmarking (ELB) – Appointed as team member in performing ELB to compare the equipment reliability performances at Acid Gas Removal Units (AGRU) at MLNG and PGB.4. Life Cycle Costing (LCC) – Appointed as team member to perform LCC for SKO. The study was to compare 5 types of Non- Metallic Pipes to be installed by SKO.
