Team won Silver Medal- Investigated a form of the Gompertz Model to model the growth of Lactobacillus - Consolidated team media and research and synthesized a promotional video and final presentation video for our team's project.International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition, 2020: - Co-Led the Improving a Part Team and the Math Modeling Team. Also lead the editing for the team's promotional video and presentation video. Team won Gold Medal- Explored the Monod model and its variables in order to model the growth rate of cyanobacteria with the engineered gene implanted in it- Designed and engineered a kill-switch gene that codes for a protein that is capable of mitigating overpopulation of cyanobacteria by killing them when they become excessively abundant- Consolidated team media and research and synthesized a promotional video and final presentation video for our team's project.
