  Internship in the Information Systems Department of Manutencoop the main Italian Facility Management company, where I managed the company Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application. During this period I’ve collected the functional specifications for a complex project that aimed to introduce a computerized way to record the facility management tasks of the company, describing the processes trough the Unified Modelling Language (UML).   I’m engaged on the maintenance of the applicable Quality Management System requirements for all GxP regulated computerized systems which are managed by IS in PMI. I provide guidance in theimprovement, implementation and usage of the QMS systems and processes. I also cooperate withfunctional IS staff in the delivery of computerized systems as well as with the RRP QA staff for the applicability and continuous improvement of the QMS. I review and approve project and run & support related documents for GxP relevant systems including determination of GxP applicability. In line with the lean manufacturing concept of the continuous improvement, I was managing a tool that aimed to identify and eliminate the non-value added activities. I was responsible for the maintenance and creation for the company reports made with Microsoft Reporting Services. I also provided my contribution to improve our business processes.
