   Develop State Wide and Harmonious School Calendar in collaboration with relevant stakeholders’ i.e. Private School Owners Association Executives, Basic Education Services (BES), Curriculum Department, etc. Publish Guidelines on establishment of Private Schools on OEQA Website in collaboration with School On-Line.  Review the Quality Assurance Handbook. Review Unified Schemes for Early Childhood Care and Development Education (ECCDE). Attend JCCE annual meetings and other reference meetings on education quality assurance matters. Relate with ESSPIN, DEEPEN and other agencies for Public and Private Schools development. Prepare and Publish the Annual State of Education Report (SoER) in collaboration with ESSPIN. Prepare reports on: OEQA Executive Summary of activities; Monthly Schedule of Evaluators and Situation Analysis of Schools visited by Zonal, District and HQ Officers of OEQA. Collect and collate data from the six OEQA District Offices on monthly basis for preparation of Whole School Evaluation (WSE) and SoER. Monitor schools for 2nd term Unified Examinations and WAEC Examinations.  Critique WSE Reports from the six OEQA District Offices for relevant feedbacks to schools and for On-Line publications. Sensitize Coordinating Directors and Readers from the six OEQA Districts on the importance of writing good, reliable reports and timely submissions. Organize Annual General Meetings and Capacity Building& Training workshops for all Lagos State Quality Assurance Officers and Evaluators. Notify Schools Stakeholders (Lagos State Baptist conference, Lagos Methodist Schools Management, Catholic Mission Schools, and Lagos Anglican) on Whole School Evaluation for ACSI. Perform other Ad Hoc Duties as officially assigned.
