Currently at Sbarro India, I spend my days making sure pizza isn’t just eaten — it’s experienced. From loyalty programs to quirky digital campaigns, I translate market insights into ideas that get people talking, posting, and most importantly, ordering. Before QSR life, I interned at AMUL, where I learned that market research is basically like detective work — only with fewer magnifying glasses and more spreadsheets. I worked on competitive benchmarking and consumer insights, ensuring every marketing move had a sharp edge in the FMCG jungle. As a Key Account Manager at Access Power Link, I shifted gears into B2B, growing revenue by 25% and proving that even the most technical sales can be cracked with the right mix of strategy, persistence, and a good coffee. Across FMCG, QSR, and B2B, I’ve learned one truth: whether you’re selling milk, machines, or mozzarella, it all comes down to understanding people. And that’s what I love most — turning insights into campaigns that feel personal, spark conversations, and drive real business growth.
