  In August of 2022, I added two important factors to my responsibilities to expand my role at The Casual Pint: beer management and financial management. I addition to all the duties listed in my previous roles at The Pint, I am also now in charge of inventory, working with our 12 beer distributors, product quality, equipment quality, invoicing, quarterly goals, annual goals, labor costs, etc. After taking on a bigger role with Marketing, it was evident I was more than qualified for the General Manager role. At this time I took on other operations within the store in addition to my marketing duties. I was in charge of hiring, training, general operations, staff management, kitchen management, new recipes, handling day-to-day operations, and more. I continued all of these responsibilities when I moved to Director of Operations in the summer of 2022. In addition to full-time bartender duties, I took over The Casual Pint's social media accounts and event planning. I manage Instagram, Facebook, email campaigns and Google. I set up tap takeovers, tasting events, private parties, holiday events, and more. I continued these responsibilities when I took over full General Management later in 2021. I started with The Casual Pint as a part-time bartender. I quickly fell in love with the restaurant, industry and environment, moving to Marketing Manager a month into the job. I continued bartending full-time through the Marketing role.
