  Lead for the design and coherence of all specialist training delivery in support of overseas operations in a deployed HQ. Responsible for managing 50+ courses in the UK & overseas with a budget of over £5mil. Lead for training assurance and staff onboarding within a specialist training design cell. Lead officer responsible for managing PR, external & internal communications and community outreach at the Army’s largest basic training establishment. Additional roles included implementing training assurance processes for 300+ military & civilian training staff & delivering training to 1000+ recruits across 10+ subjects. Learning Development Officer Responsible for the delivery of mandatory military education and training, conducting personal development reviews and providing education advice to commanders. This role also involves training design, evaluation as well as policy design and implementation. Strategic Communications officer working in an international team in a deployed NATO HQ. Responsible for the overall delivery of all traditional and social media outputs for one of the British Army’s largest operational theatres.
