  • Study & review enquiry/tender's technical & commercial spec.• Prepare & verify GA drawing, SLD layout, BOM, issue RFQ.• Prepare Guaranteed Technical Parameter (GTP) for SCB/SMB.• Review temperature rise & bus bar size calculation for SCB/SMB.• Prepare & verify the testing requirement as per IEC 61439/IS 8623.• Propose offer to client for an enquiry & submit bid for a tender.• Estimate and verify costing & compare with market price.• Verify the deliver schedule, warranty, payment terms & condition.• Resolve technical queries of client, visit client along with Sales team.• Discuss & participating in techno-commercial meetings.• Order process to internal team & tracking status of execution.• Witness of first sample preparation, witness of electrical testing.• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support team.• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Sourcing team.• Design string combiner box(SCB)/string monitoring box(SMB).• Prepare GA drawing consist of Fuse, Isolator switch, SPD, GRP enclosure, MC4 connector.• Prepare electrical schematic/Single line diagram(SLD) layout.• Prepare Bill of Material (BOM), General Technical Parameter (GTP).• Prepare testing requirement & quality assurance plan (QAP).• Prepare offer drawing consist of GA, BOM, GTP, Scheme, Tally (stickers).• Discuss with client for technical queries of electrical drawing.• Support Sales for convert enquiry into order & get approval on drawings.• Support Sourcing to finding effective vendors for electrical items.• Meeting with project execution team & update the status to Sales.• Knowledge on AutoCAD drawing - Line, Rectangular, Circle, any shapes, features - Explode, Block, Scale, Trim, Offset, annotation - Dimension style, arrow size, text size etc.• Layer creation, line color change, print a drawing, line width & line shape etc.• Basic working on molding, maintenance of mold, knowledge on quality.• Knowledge on organisation's hierarchy, department wise role.
