  Workday Global Support Analyst

  At DSS I am responsible for building Workday Global Support Model and improving Business Processes.• Coaching and supporting Junior Support Analysts.• Supporting the Recruitment rollout to Europe Project (active for the last 18 months).• Introducing new processes and functionalities• Updating the HCM and Help Configuration to fit for purpose.• Conducting the Case analysis to seek the patterns and provide improvement solutions.• Building up the Case management strategy to increase efficiency using the support expertise (av. 88% of all cases are resolved the same day).• Building relationships with HR colleagues and many external stakeholders to understand and resolve any queries they experience using our global HR Business Systems - Workday Help, GSN and Zervice Point.• Providing insightful and informative responses to users and upskilling them to support their development with Workday. • Supporting Tier2 and Tier3 Workday HCM, Help, Recruiting, BP, Users Security Access and Workday to AD Integration areas• Creating Workday reports and Dashboards on demand. Training and Development:• Creating and delivering Workday training to new and existing users globally, giving them the tools to work efficiently in their respective functions. • Gathering feedback after the training sessions and regular calls with the HR BPs and Leads to create the tailored training plans.• Coordinating and delivering regional Workday HR Processors training - EMEA• Assisting in translations (Polish).Workday Releases and Testing:• Managing and coordinating the biannual Workday Releases, e.g., new features review calls, creating cutover plans, providing the tenant accesses and more.• Coordinating and completing the required regression and new feature testing.• Updating the SAP HR tenant, building the business processes/branches, and uploading new test scripts/scenarios.• Training the new Testers on the testing tenant.
