  In my current profile I am in the role of supervising a team of associates in 4 stations in shop floor. 1. Managing their day to day activities2. Leading the day plan and taking actions to maintain SQCD objectives at line level3. Identifying gaps of associate's to improve their skillset through trainings.4.
