This includes:• SmartSheet WIP Kanban BoardDesigned a Card View Work Order progression page to provide better visibility towards a forklifts Work Order completion process, successfully implemented and still used in neighboring branch. • Frontend UAT Testing Estimate StatusWrote UAT steps to provide back-end development for expected outputs towards a estimate Status bar. This allowed Service Coordinators to have a much clearer outlook on the estimate process.• Charlotte Warehouse Six Sigma ProjectRedesigned LiftOne headquarters’ forklift shop addressing originally discussed pain points allowing for reduced footsteps and a new engineered organizational system. • Value Stream Map Work Order Creation & ApprovalAnalyzed Work Order process highlighting Value Add & Non-Value Add processes.
