      My duties & responsibilities are:• To manage and develop relationships with a panel of intermediaries to not only promote knowledge of Santander's mortgage processes and criteria but also to increase the level of business from these intermediaries and become a preferred lender. • To provide brokers with a dedicated contact to help them with their mortgage applications, to not only help with Santander lending but to discuss market changes and changes to the intermediary sector.• To provide credibility to my brokers by providing great service, keeping them up to date with any changes within Santander and the wider market and how this may affect them.• Understand each intermediaries aims and objectives for their business and discuss ways how I can help them expand their business and grow.• Maximise business opportunities by undertaking visits to the intermediary firms and network opportunities such as roundtables, road shows etc.• Continuously develop long term relationships with the intermediaries on panel ensuring that SFI product range is utilised & customer retention is optimised.• Identifies and promotes new business opportunities across all intermediaries.• Use MI and information available to review business plans to ensure effective sales activity, and growth of business for the intermediaries. Ensure plans are up to date and regular contact is established. • Manage and develop key business introducers, understanding their place in the market and their business ideas and goals. Use this to position SFI in the market and develop business to SFI.• Deliver personal sales targets every quarter for new business, SOW, panel & broker penetration.• Monitoring trends in the market, and also gathering and acting on feedback from intermediaries.• Presenting SFI with ideas to improve products and services being offered on the intermediary platform.
