  As founder and Principal Consultant under this consulting firm, I provided end-to-end change management services in project management, business analysis and process improvements. Key projects and activities included:Network Upgrade for Bermuda Police Services - led and managed a $1.1M major network upgrade and commissioning of IT infrastructure at the then newly built Dame Lois Browne Evans and Veritas buildings. I had responsibility for managing both the primary vendor and client teams to ensure successful project delivery; Business Process analysis and improvements for Hotel Barmoi - undertook this consulting assignment to analyse and recommend changes to key business processes for this overseas resort. Performed staff interviews and documented end-to-end processes over a two-week period. Compiled report of findings and process improvement recommendations.   I was identified as a Top Performer for two years in a row during my tenure in this role. Responsible for the delivery of the Retail Banking project portfolio, my core responsibilities included providing programme and portfolio management to ensure delivery of all projects as defined within the annual operating plan. I managed budget allocations on a project basis and defined the delivery pipeline, while negotiating for resources and prioritisation with regional support service teams. In my capacity as Change Portfolio Manager, I was also the single point of contact and had responsibility for the delivery of migration (outsourcing) projects for the entire division. Stretch projects included the management of the Funds Transfer project, an activity that previously resulted in a negative customer experience but was subsequently turned around with the delivery of this project. and the Card Transaction Monitoring project, resulting in the definition and implementation of a suitable tactical solution to meet Group policy.In my second year in the role I also took on the division's Financial Crime and Compliance (FCC) transformation programme, ensuring all projects with an FCC mandate were on track for successful completion and within the requirements of their compliance scope. I single-handedly developed and refined a Financial Crime Risk model based on Group guidelines; and implemented a framework for the collection and monitoring of key risk indicators / KPIs to feed into the FCR model.   As Operations Manager for Rawlinson & Hunter (R&H) my overall mandate was to maximise R&H’s operating capabilities to achieve its strategic objectives. I collaborated with the Partners and Board to operationalise the firm’s business strategy and transform its functions. Specifically, I had responsibility for Information and Technology Management, Facilities Management, Vendor Management, Front Office Management, Business Process and Workflow Management, and Project Delivery. Overall, I was responsible for managing the operational budget, projects and business as usual activities to improve the firm’s efficiency while shifting towards a performance driven mindset. I was able to make improvements in productivity measures with respect to client portfolio tracking and management, quality control of client deliverables, regulatory processes, budget tracking, governance, as well as KPI reporting. My role also required me to work closely with the Human Resource function in its development of a ‘high performing team’ culture and environment, where R&H employees were better equipped, challenged and fulfilled in carrying out their roles. I was also Chair of the Operations Management Board and sat on other high-level committees such as the Risk Management Board and Health and Safety Committee.I left the company to move to the UK in support of my daughter's university ambition.
