      A member of the procurement leadership team, I was appointed to lead PO Operations, Invoice Settlement, Warehouse and Logistics & Import functions, outsourcing elements of the portfolio to reduce costs. During this period, I also retained responsibly for all local ERP related projects contributing to the phased global rollout. Operating within a global best practice environment, I developed sourcing strategies and long term plans for complex categories, driving efficiencies and cost. During this period, I partnered with a speciality consultant to identify and address key areas for improvement in governance systems and processes.
