When passed through from the branch at interview attach the referee details and chase the references. When the references have been received, pass through applicant for Induction and book on the calendar. When they pass Induction I then check all the documents, Right to work, DBS/PVG, Moving and Handling, contracts, induction Docs etc, making sure everything is input correctly and I have everything correct ready to make the candidate able to work.I use the bespoke system for the candidates and all 60 branches along with Excel,Word and Microsoft email Show less
