      Performed the following under supervision:Treatment Planning: Eclipse, Velocity, iPlan, GammaPlan.- Image fusion and registration: Rigid and deformable registration for CT, PET/CT and MRI.- Machines used for Treatment planning: TrueBeam, Clinac 21 EX, Gamma Knife (ICON).Quality Assurance:- Machine Daily, Monthly, and Annual QA: TrueBeam, Clinac 21 EX, Gammaknife.- HDR: Machine Daliy QA and Source calibration following source exchange (GammaMedPlus/Nucletron HDR Ir-192).- CT Simulator daily and monthly QA.Brachytherapy:- GammaMedPlus Ir-192 remote afterloader commissioning, annual, quarterly, daily QA, and treatment delivery.- Brachyvision TPS: Vaginal Cylinder, Interstitial Syed Applicator.- Oncentra TPS: Vaginal cylinder, T&O, mammosite.- VariSeed: dynamic intra-operative prostate seed implant planning, Seed source calibration, (Pd-103).Special Procedures:- Gamma Knife (ICON) treatment planning and machine QA- Total Body Irradiation treatment planning, patient setup and in vivo dosimetry- Zeiss Intrabeam Intra-operative RT - Acceptance and commissioning for breast irradiationOther Clinical Experience:- Patient Specific QA: 2D-Array (PTW-729) and Phantom (Octavious 1500 for VMAT and solid water slabs for static IMRT).- In vivo dosimetry: nanodots plan, placement and reading.- Chart Checks/Plan Checks.- Physics/Dosimetry Billing.- Departmental "smart rounds" - participant and presenter.- Quality management group - Analysis of machine performance and downtime.- On call physicist to cover clinic and triage machine issues.- ASTRO and AAPM Radiation Oncology Incident Learning System (RO-ILS) reliability study participant.
