Recent Highlights Include:Consistent delivery of projects under budget• In 2015, delivered 5 projects with a combined budget of 623k for 531k (93k under budget).Managed a WEB based Rewrite project • Consisted of 3 applications & Security layer• Incorporated agile/iterative techniques to minimize the schedule, gain customer approvals and feedback sooner, and maintain consistent team utilization by dividing work into 12 sprints with overlapping phases.• Successfully released the project on time and 30k under budget.August 2013 – November 2014Program Manager Role Responsible for leading a global project for Nielsen's company's Retail Measurement Services group that included managing 30+ resources and $9 MM multi-year budget. The key goals and project scope included:• Modernization and convergence of the legacy market creation and maintenance system to a new global platform.• Reduction in Quality Escapes, market maintenance cycle time, & retailer event hours • Enhance the platform flexibility to support high quality, timely delivery of new offerings • Enable consistent organizational understanding of market definitions & availability to internal and external clientsMarch 2013 – August 2013Lent to the AAC/Analytics organization. Worked extremely closely and coordinated the integration points with the CROSSMARK team. Roles included: PM, BA, QA and Support Manager. • Implemented the Nielsen US/CROSSMARK etl platform Cstore Enhancement in 2012. Enabling Nielsen to capture and report In Store Observations and provide a new customer offering.• Implemented the Nielsen CA/CROSSMARK etl platform in 2012 which allowed for the decommissioning of the legacy Canada RDC platform. Project also included a web-based Management Dashboard which tracked key metrics and kpis. Extremely proud of the application of Lesson Learned which allowed the team to deliver an extremely stable system that self-monitored itself and reported possible issues immediately.
