      Selected to launch and lead the Quick Scout business, the first startup as part of IBM's new "Hyper Blue" startup incubator. Our goal for Quick Scout was to deliver an SaaS solution that leverages AI and automation technology to improve the employee experience at our customers while allowing operations & support teams in HR, IT and other internal functions to scale.We built an entirely new brand and go-to-market model for our target market, focusing on clarity of messaging and digital routes. Our solution brought new IP, pre-trained domain-specific content delivered via an "AI skills catalogue", and IBM assets together. We were able to launch our solution and realize market traction that proved a viable and fast-growing market which ultimately led to our solution being merged into the IBM Watson Assistant business. Demonstrated a vision for how this platform could be integrated into the broader IBM digital experience and received IBM executive sponsorship to transfer ongoing stewardship of this platform to IBM Digital business unit so that adoption could be accelerated across the IBM company.Instituted a performance focus for the SPM brand and developed the team responsible for this mission.
