  The Director of Operations is primarily responsible for the overall performance of staff, the community and club operations. This position works with the General Manager, Board of Directors and HOAMCO as necessary to successfully manage the ongoing operation of the community, develop and oversee a $5 million annual budget, and hire, oversee and develop superior staff members.
