  My job role in this internship was to manage the site works and make sure the project is going on schedule as per plan and budget. my job was to visit sites and make sure the works are going on smoothly, identify any delay and mistakes in work if any and report it to the project engineer.

I provided guidance, communicated project objectives clearly, and motivated the team to deliver exceptional results.
