  • Review contractor’s Discipline ITP, work method statements, procedures to ensure they meet the Saudi Aramco Requirements.• Witness, perform and coordinate inspection of the Piping and Pipeline (AG/UG-Metallic/RTR/FRP) for the project scope with vendor and Client representatives.• Ensuring the right implementation of Quality standards, policies & procedures by approved QMS Procedures, PQP, ITP, and WPS & Quality Procedures. • Coordination with third-party Inspection and testing establishment as per Saudi Aramco inspection Plan and check list.• Monitoring NDT Process, team allocation, interpretation of results, assist with preparation of procedures.• Performing WQT, WPS / PQR review and implementation.• Control of Weld Defect, Plan Repair actions, tracer joints and calculate Rejection rates bi-weekly.• Monitor Visual Inspection, NDT-Radiography test (RT), Ultrasonic test (UT), Phase array (PAUT), Liquid Penetrant test (PT) & Magnetic Particle Test.• Close-out of all open RFI, punches and Issues within the time as agreed with the client.• Hydro test package Preparation, test equipment verification, inspection and testing as per hydro test package limit, signing off relevant documents and tracking packages.• Close monitoring of all equipment, tools and personnel for their calibration and personnel are competent to ensure their safety.• Follow up raised INCR/NCR and close within the ACD.• Assist during internal audit at predefined stages of the project to ensure integrity and rightly and efficiently implementation of the quality policies, procedure and process at all level of the project.• Sound knowledge of execution, installation, bolt tightening, testing of pipe, pipeline and valves.• Reporting Directly to the Project Quality Supervisor/Manager.
