      Some of the impact highlights from Year 2021.1. Played a significant role in implementation of enabling strategy which contributed 9.7 Million active users from retail channel enabling JazzCash to achieve 15.4 Million active users mark in Year 2021 to become the largest fintech in Pakistan. 2. Extensive working towards liquidity management solution for nationwide franchise network & introduction of digital credit service to ensure nationwide liquidity of JazzCash agents. Credit injection model resulted in PKR 240 Million in additional revenue per month. This was an industry first initiative.3. Launched JazzCash Agent App to enable our business partners in processing OTC customer transactions quickly with ease & efficiency. The App has been a huge success & the conversion rate from conventional USSD channel has been more than 30% in first year alone. The app not only serves as a digital transaction medium for our retail channel but also provides real time visibility.4. Developed an automated commission disbursement mechanism for JazzCash Agents through API solution. The solution enabled real time disbursement of promotional incentives to drive sales engagement at maximum level which was in line with aggressive mobile wallet strategy for Year 2021.5. Developed a digital deposit service for JazzCash agents to convert physical cash in electronic funds. This is an industry first solution for retail liquidity management & enable agents to rebalance their liquidity needs which removes reliance from traditional franchise model.6. Extensive working towards development of mobile money use cases such as Bank to wallet (B2W) service, digital credit service, Cash deposit at footsteps service, merchant to customer (M2C) lending.7. Introduction of QR payments for more than 100K JazzCash Merchants to enable digital payment acceptance. Show less

      Strategic Initiatives : Formulation & execution of App growth strategy with cross functional implementation. The conversion remained aggressive during FY2022 & 10.6M monthly active users (MAU’s) milestone was achieved making it one of the largest self-care Apps in the country.• Retention strategy : Effective Utilization of CRM tools such as Mixpanel & google firebase along with micro segmentation techniques which resulted in Net Churn reduction from 24% to 21% (YOY) basis.• Churn Prediction & Forecasting : Implementation of predictive modeling to make churn forecasts based on user DSLA & articulate churn. The model resulted in achieving monthly app rejoiner target of approx. 1.6M, (YOY) increase of 30%. Growing app MAU’s by 0.5M in period of 6months.• GTM, Product Marketing : Formulated successful go to market plans for app gamification features such as daily streak, Play&WIN, invite&WIN & earn money which resulted in higher engagement level of 24%, (YOY) increase of 3%.• Profit & Loss (P&L) : Implementation of real time threshold-based trigger mechanism to upsell higher value offers which led to ARPU enhancement of app users. App revenue grew by approx. 30% to PKR 445M (FY2022).• Digital Marketing : Paid users’ acquisition through digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok & UAC. Tracked CPI & increased its efficiency every month in a fast-paced environment, resulting in CPI reduction by 3%.• Reporting & Analytics : Built dedicated dashboards to track KPI’s, understood growth levers & turned insights into actions to deliver outstanding results for FY'2022.
