Carry out reliability testing for air conditioners of different model series at each development stage (Prototype, Final Design, Pre-production and Mass Production).2. Managed and Perform set preparation such as Piping; to create a flow from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit and vice versa to enable the refrigerant gas flow through it; Condenser and Evaporator.3. Check for gas leakage as to prevent pipes from having any leak that may lead to explosion.4. Thermo coupling of Copper Constantan (CC) wire into the indoor and outdoor units,5. Perform 5s; Japanese concept of practicing safety and cleanliness of working environment.6. Conducted, managed and perform various test such as: -Drop Test; to check the effects of product dropping, which is one of the possible impacts applied to air-conditioners during transportation or handling. - Vibration Test; to simulate the vibration that could occur to air-conditioner units during product transportation process.7. Check and analysed internal structure inside the compressor and the compressor oil is rated by “American Society for Testing and Material” (ASTM).8.
