  I worked with a major Australian banking client to help them achieve in-sprint test automation using Selenium,C# and Behavior Driven Development. I was also the test automation lead (for the Deloitte team) during this period leading a team of automation engineers across 3 Scrum teams and helped in defining the automation processes for each of them.During this period, I visited Sydney to understand the client's business and their needs in terms of building a strong automation framework. I worked in a Scrum team and in close tandem with key test stakeholders of the client to define their test strategy, test plans and automate their tests using Selenium and C# using Behavior Driven Development. We could achieve in-sprint test automation where-in we developed the automation scripts and executed them in the same sprint cycle as the development was done. We were successful in deploying our test scripts onto Selenium Grid and thereby achieved faster test execution cycles. Voir moins

  Scrum Master - In the role of a Scrum Master, I led a team of 8 IT Engineers in building few cool banking products for the client. Ensured that the squads are in adherence to improving trends of delivery metrics like Story Throughput, Cycle Time and Predictability.2.
