Generated project data using GIS tools, field sampling equipment and techniques, and laboratory testing methods. Generated technical reports from collected project data.

      I manage a broad portfolio of initiatives including strategic roadmaps, performance measurement, communications, service development innovation, incubator/accelerator engagement, and people/culture/talent development. Crucial to enabling 5G and IoT, zero touch operations, cost reductions and a better overall customer experience, Enterprise Architecture and Smart Core includes cloud infrastructure, network automation platforms, network big data, AI/ML, and charging capabilities. I managed a team of ~20 highly skilled and experienced Business Service Representatives. I learned a lot from this multifunctional and multipurpose team, and coached them in skill building, communication, and efficiency in meeting our customer service objectives. In my first 8-month rotation I supported various projects, in a specialist role. These projects included roadblock cleanup in order fulfillment, managed billing process efficiency management, and accounts receivable reconciliations. During the rotation, I learned concepts in project, process and change management, as well as data management, business analysis, and networking. I worked with experienced project teams and took advanced training courses from Bell's Learning and Development group.

      As Past Chair I support the Board Chair and the Board of Directors overall on an as needed basis with historical organizational context, strategic advisory support, and special project execution. The MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning is a youth focused charity which provides free arts-based programming and mental health supports to youth in Nova Scotia. With creative outlets, youth find where their passion and purpose intersect, and often make a lot of friends along the way. The MacPhee Centre is a leader in the Nova Scotia Impact Organizations space, and I have the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors as Co-Chair, to contribute to and learn from this great organization.

    • Halifax Argos Football Club

      The Halifax Gridiron Football Association manages the Halifax Argos Football Club, which is a youth focused recreational football organization with teams in the Nova Scotia Youth Minor Tackle Football League (NSYMTFL). This organization exists to make the sport of football accessible to any youth who want to try the sport. Our mission is to demonstrate the value of teamwork (compassion, focus, courage, and integrity) to the next generation of Halifax football players, and to prove that with these things anyone can achieve success.       Hack BBM - 3rd Place Bell Business Markets Nov 2020 Hack BBM is a problem solving competition using 2 days to identify and solve real problems in the business with cross-functional teams. I presented our team’s solution to speed up a wireless customer service tool and enable customer experience improvements.
