      Led task force of 600 military staff conducting intelligence gathering and care and custody of detainees. Provided police technical and operational advice.ACCOMPLISHMENTS:Led updated design of physical security systems, resulting in no major breach of security. Developed redesign plan, obtained $6M for project and led team. Passed inspection four months following completion and had zero breaches of security in 12 month tenure.Established multi-functional mobile training team. The military was receiving significant national media attention regarding detainee operations. There was a lack of DOD policies, guidance and training of military units about the subject. Designed training including military police, intelligence, legal, medical and religious experts to provide content. Visited 17 detention sites to insure compliance, with no cases of abuse during tenure in position. Show less
