Developed redesign plan, obtained $6M for project and led team. Passed inspection four months following completion and had zero breaches of security in 12 month tenure.Established multi-functional mobile training team. The military was receiving significant national media attention regarding detainee operations. There was a lack of DOD policies, guidance and training of military units about the subject. Designed training including military police, intelligence, legal, medical and religious experts to provide content.
