      As Assistant to the Dean of Students, I served as a Chaplain and Spiritual Director, providing support and guidance to students from diverse backgrounds and facing different challenges. My role involved assisting both local and international students from over 90 countries in their spiritual growth. Additionally, I coordinated the New Student Orientation program, ensuring that incoming students felt welcomed and had all the necessary information and resources for a successful transition.

Additionally, I served on the Neuropsychiatric Ethics Committee, ensuring ethical considerations were addressed in patient treatment.

      As Director of Mission Integration for Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center, I managed a team of 3 and spearheaded the implementation of many cross-functional task forces as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. My key accomplishments include developing a hospital internship for underrepresented students, leading the Bioethics Committee, Community Health initiatives and assessments, and the Human Trafficking Response Task Force. I also developed and launched over 20 hospital-wide cultural commemorations and served as Policy Advocacy Liaison to connect with local, state, and federal elected officials.
