Managed eleven teams in Brisbane, Sydney, London and Johannesburg responsible for contracting and distributing land product contributing $2 billion in turnover to Flight Centre's global wholesale businesses. Appointed to the newly created position of Strategy Leader tasked with building a new team focused on improving the commercial acumen of the procurement area. Worked with the Air Contracting Leader and Commercial Analyst leader to provide direction and leadership for Air Contracting Area, delivering $96M in preferred supplier incentive contracts.
