      In August 2016 I assumed the role of Service Coordination Manager.As Service Coordination Manager I am responsible for managing a team of coordinators who in turn manage the day to day service operations of our field engineers. Working across the Marine, Drives, Measurement and Analytical businesses amongst others, I am heavily involved with all aspects of operations including contract management, project/service job control, mentoring of employees, training of employees and implementation of tools and processes. I also work closely with QA, Finance, and sales as part of the wider team for operations. Show less
