  Throughout my three years of being apart of the workers community, Subway is my first job in the food industry as a whole. Throughout the span of 9 months, I have been promoted from Junior Sandwich Artist, to Team Leader, to my current position of Assistant Manager. Assistant Manager duties consisted of:- Creating and completing the weekly schedule for all employees. - Professionally handles all governmental documents regarding employees' work (e.g. I-9 and W-4).- Successfully closes the store and register (alone or accompanied)- Provides top customer-service to every customer and employees- Proactively trains all new employees according to the companies standards.
