      – Organized the department of the web development based on the modern scrum methodologies (gitlab/jira), integrated ci/cd, git, docker, ansible, silenium into the work.– Selected and implemented the technology stack into the work for progressive transformation of the legacy infrastructure (Laravel+React/Next).– Created PnL ecommerce, thereby finding several global bottlenecks of the company; launched the transformation process: the attribution between online and offline purchases, online-appointment for getting services.– Found and added the new way of ordering, which is connecting online and offline channels (35% of all orders), by the CJM/JTBD approach.– Increased the conversion of the site by 30-120% on the different channels.– Set up the expanded web analytics, that allows to make data-driven decisions on the channels, products and merchandising.– Integrated the CDP Mindbox for repeat sales and omnichanel developing; implemented number of omnichanel mechanics; created the DWH architecture for further developing of the systems.– Improved the traffic of the SEO-channel by 18-73% (autumn and spring seasons).
