      I was responsible for the typing of letters and documents for both the criminal and family teams. I would also deal with enquiries from clients, manage the diary for the firms three offices, etc.

      I was initally employed as a bank audio typist for the RTA/PI Department. However, within three months I had been offered a role as a RTA/PI caseworker within the Direct Line team. I was responsible for the day to day management of around 200-300 small PI injury claims arising from RTAs suffered by Direct Line customers. I woudl arrange for them to be seen by medical experts, resolve liability and negotiate settlements with the other sides insurers, etc.
