  During my time as a Residential Assistant, I was responsible for the safety and engagement of 150-200 residents living in my assigned residence hall. I scheduled daily and weekly events while creating a community where all students were known, welcomed, and engaged. I also assisted the Resident Director with administrative work. Interviewed Whitworth alumni from various fields such as medical, business, education, communication, and social work in the Tacoma area about their experiences at Whitworth. Responsible for accurately recording and translating the interaction between the interviewee and myself in real-time without a recorder, and then compiled the information into reports on SharePoint that were submitted to the University.
